- Sunday, October 12, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon
- Coached by Leo Litovsky, Skidmore College Associate Head Swimming and Diving Coach, and Tim Sinnenberg, Sharks Age Group Coach and ADMS Electric City Masters Swimming Coach
- Including - time to warm up; learn more about the different starts and turns in a swim meet; practice starts and turns for freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and breaststroke
- Assisted by the talented swimmers on the Skidmore College Swim Team
- Open to all currently registered USMS-ADMS members and potential members on a 30 Day Trial USMS membership
- Head to lunch after the clinic - details will be shared at clinic
