• For adult swimmers and triathletes new or returning to competing in a Masters swim meet and adult swimmers who want to improve their meet skills

• Check in time 9:00-9:15; clinic start time 9:20; clinic end time 11:30
• Instruction on freestyle stroke, starts, and turns

 

• For adult swimmers who want to prepare for the AD-LMSC May 9, 2026 Union College Masters Meet and/or the June and July 2026 season of “Grown Up Swimming” coming to the Greater Capital District for the first time, and those who just plain want to get better at swimming!
• Will include a fun, non-competitive, “mini meet,” to practice some events and learn meet protocols

 

• Open to all United States Masters Swimming members and non-members eligible for a 30-Day free USMS trial membership. Waivers signed at check-in
